EH & S Records will help you maintain all of your environmental data in one easy-to-use database. Contacts, procedures and MSDS can be accessed with a click of a mouse. No longer will you have to rifle through your file cabinets to find your discharge permit when the state inspectors show up.

EH & S Records is easy to set up and maintain. If you change a chemical, just delete the old MSDS and add the new one. Or you can store numerous older documents for historical purposes. Each site is password protected with state-of-the-art security. Only authorized personnel can log in. The site has six main sections: Alerts, ES&H Contacts, Plans, Permits & Policies, Safety Records, Environmental Records and Procedures.

And, since it is internet-based, you can access everything you need 24/7 from any computer from anywhere in the world!

Alerts - The Alerts page comes up on the screen when you log in. This page will let you know when an event is coming up - whether it be a document review, mandated testing, or maintenance event. It is color-coded so that the red tells you that something is past due. The yellow shows you things that are due in the next 30-60 days and the green items are due in the next 3 to 12 months. An internal email program also sends out messages of upcoming events.

EH & S Contacts – On the main contact page, you can click the type of contact information you need and it will give you a complete list.

Plans, Permits & Policies - This page is the main document page including the initial document date and a required review date, if applicable. You can click the type of document you need and it will show it to you in a .pdf format. If the document is updated, the new document can be inserted and the program keeps the old one for historical purposes.
