Professional Installation

If it is new construction, our team of trained professional installers will coordinate with the General Contractor during facility construction and install all wash bay equipment within their construction schedule. Installation usually takes only 2-3 days.

If we are replacing existing equipment, our installers will remove the existing equipment and install the new wash bay equipment. After installation, the installers will test the equipment to make sure it is working properly and train your operators.

Ongoing Service Support & Online Maintenance Database

Since most of our equipment is simple and heavy-duty industrial grade, it is very reliable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we have a network of factory-trained dealers and representatives available for reliable, quality support. Most of the time, problems can be solved with a phone call or a quick service visit.

We also have an on-line maintenance database that will help you maintain all of your maintenance records and equipment information in one easy-to-use database. Equipment specifications, wiring diagrams and maintenance records can be accessed with a click of a mouse. No longer will you have to rifle through your file cabinets to find the parts list. Each site is password protected with state-of-the-art security.

Routine Maintenance Service

In addition to the quality support, we also have trained personnel to provide both periodic maintenance and routine (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) operator service in certain areas. If facility has a service contract, we will perform the following monthly maintenance:

• Clean equipment and test for proper operation
• Manually backwash filters and test their automated backwashing performance
• Check solids buildup in the pits, aboveground tanks, and clarifier
• Check pressure washer and demucking system performance and do scheduled pump oil changes
• Check condition of the carbon polishing filter
• Check operation of all level switches and solenoid

By including this simple maintenance service with the sale initially, the properly installed equipment will perform as expected for the customer for years to come.
